Delivery Policy

When will I receive my delivery?

Orders and deliveries are processed Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Deliveries are made between 7:00am – 7pm Monday to Friday. We currently do not have a weekend delivery service.

Typically delivery of goods will occur between 48 – 72 hours of the order been placed online. When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date:

  • Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 48 hours however
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our workshop and arrive at the address specified upon checkout. Usually no longer than 24 hours of completion of the job.  

How to prepare for your delivery?

Customers must provide a contact name and number for the person onsite that will be signing for the unloading of the delivery. Either you or your representative, that is 18 years of age or older, must be present to receive the order. If no one is available to receive the delivery, a re-delivery fee may be applied to your order.

What am I responsible for upon delivery?

Please ensure the delivery site is safe and accessible. You will be required to sign the Delivery Order Note to indicate your delivery has been received. Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of your delivery.

Can I make changes to the delivery address after I place my order?

Please call us as soon as possible if the delivery address needs to be changed. Orders placed online or over the phone begin processing immediately in our system to ensure order fulfilment and shipping time.
